Jim C. is prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Old thermostat was not communicating. We were freezing. Jim explained the job to me in simple terms. After installing a new thermostat, he checked the boiler to make sure the install was completed. Great customer service on Jim's part. Also, The office staff Donnea, Ahuda, Luanita are very thorough as well. Here's the photo. I guess I can turn the temperature down now since the new one works great. From Ingrid D.

Words cannot express how grateful we felt working with these guys. From the management staff, Sales Rep. Airton A., HVAC team: Aaron, Jesse, Jason, Casey to the admin Melissa. These folks had me open my wallet so wide I didn’t even notice the price tag. They were very knowledgeable. Stood behind their company’s core values. They were punctual and respectful of the time allocated to get the work done. I’m very pleased to say ARS did my HVAC systems. These guys are clean, professional and very nice throughout the process. I have never felt comfortable leaving contractors and not worry about the quality. My situation was unique. Because of the seller’s deception by cutting the pipe and capped them which eliminated heat from traveling throughout the house. And yes, the house was inspected. We can’t not send a quick shoutout to him Sam C. He didn’t do his due diligence although I was his client.. It’s overwhelming having to spend 50K when what happened was done intentional. ARS -Boston came out and did a great job! I truly didn’t mind spending the money. The guys were absolutely fantastic!!! Words truly cannot express my gratitude for the work performed. They really didn’t mind working with us and truly made us feel comfortable AFTERWARDS. As a loyal customer and they got me forever. The were extremely thorough and helpful. No question was left unanswered. Again after the price tag, I had no complaints.

I had to rescind my high marks review. Unfortunately, ARS took a huge shortcut in installing my Navien tankless hot water heater back in 3/2022 at my home in Watertown, and I am having trouble getting someone to care about the oversight which I only came to know about recently -- I called to have someone to look into this issue and they said they'd give me a call back after researching, as well as contacted the sales rep's manager Justin B. via e-mail, and neither have replied nor followed-up. Here's a description of the issue -- I had a plumber come in the other day to flush and descale the water heater that was installed back then, and he found that the condensate pump that was installed and connected to the water heater is not connected to any kind of acidic neutralizer – and that this is not up to Watertown’s strict plumbing code given that the condensate that the water heater produces is highly acidic. I have attached a picture of the water heater so folks can see the setup – the Sauermann model SI-1801 condensate pump is on the lower right, and that tubing currently containing yellow-ish water is going directly into my laundry sink. The cost of permits and an inspection was included according to the e-mail attached, and there were no mentions of a separate-but-required neutralizer (or any associated costs) at any point during the process, otherwise I would have gladly paid for it to ensure this was done correctly. Sending acidic discharge directly down the drain pipes is horrible for the long term integrity of the pipes – and this setup would never have passed inspection had it been inspected (I was a new homeowner at the time and did not know that this was something that needed an inspection to begin with, but as shown in the e-mail from the sales rep I had definitely paid for it). I am now concerned that I will run into permit-related issues whenever I sell my house. I would be happy to rescind this review if someone gets back to me.

On Christmas Day my old furnace failed. After a couple of calls I ended up on Home Depot who sent ARS. Team was professional and dedicated from the very beginning. It was big job. They delivered! Highly recommend!

ARS projected an 8am-12pm window for regular AC service. The assigned technician Chris showed up promptly sometime before 8am. ARS gave me a courtesy call to ensure I was ready for an earlier-than-anticipated service. Chris identified a shortage in voltage to the contactor in the control box on the compressor. He quoted and replaced the part while onsite. The service took around 2 hours. The result was a less noisy hum from the compressor unit. I am happy with ARS and glad to have signed up for the maintenance plan for my AC and furnace.

The process was smooth from the initial sales call to the final walk through. Kyle - sales. He was knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Dave, Bill, and Justin- installation techs. They are knowledgeable at offering solutions to installation questions. They were respectful of our property, they arrived on time , updated us on progress throughout the installation. All were courteous and engaging. Electrician and apprentice. Unfortunately i don't recall their names, but the result was the same .Overall a pleasant experience. Paul T.

ARS Boston installed a new gas furnace today at my home. The salesman Britt came out and went over some different options. Walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. Today, Tyler and Connor the installers of the new furnace showed up on time and did a great job getting the job done in a timely manner. They went over everything at the end of the job. They answered any questions I had and left the space clean and without anything out of place. I highly recommend ARS Boston for new heating system in your home!!
